Arco's Art Studio Inner Circle Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Arco's Art Studio, arcosartstudio.com ("Sponsor"). Questions may be sent through the Contact page at arcosartstudio.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. How to enter

Join Arco's Inner Circle email list for free at arcosartstudio.com. Each subscribed member receives one (1) entry into each giveaway drawing held while they remain subscribed. Limit one entry per person and per email address per drawing.

4. Giveaway period

Each giveaway runs for the dates announced in the Inner Circle email for that giveaway. Members subscribed by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the announced closing date are entered in that drawing.

5. Prize

The prize for each drawing is announced in the Inner Circle email for that giveaway (for example, one signed limited edition print). The approximate retail value of each prize will be stated in the announcement. No cash substitution or transfer of prize, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection and notification

One winner per drawing is selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the giveaway closes. The winner is notified by email and must respond within 7 days with a shipping address, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

8. Privacy

Entrant information is used to run the giveaway and send Inner Circle emails, in line with our Privacy Policy. Members can unsubscribe at any time.

9. General

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.

10. Winners list

For the name of the winner of a drawing, contact Sponsor through the Contact page within 30 days after the drawing.
